About CAS
Carers Arm Support (CAS) operates as a national provider of health and social care staffing services and is led by individuals with over 15 years of frontline experience within the sector.
Our Journey
It began in 2020, when the COVID-19 pandemic highlighted the critical need for a motivated, resilient, and committed health and social care workforce across the sector.
In response to ongoing workforce shortages across the health and social care sector, Linda Gaisie and Mercy Mills established Carers Arm Support (CAS) in 2022 to support care homes, local authorities, and hospitals with their staffing requirements.
Since formation, CAS has supplied over 100 healthcare professionals, supporting thousands of staffing hours for clients nationwide, with the organisation continuing to grow its workforce and service reach.
